School of leaders

The time has come to move towards making better leaders. We need leaders with skills such as self-trust, emotional resiliency, the ability to listen to others and the group spirit. It can be trained in a preparatory program for entry into each company. In this practice, the key will be to help the candidates to abandon the standards that have been socially ingrained and find their “true voice". If organizations do with those skills the basis of performance evaluation, that will strengthen the performance of all.
