Trust and not only

To build trust between people, each one must have credibility based on honesty, sincerity, respecting and earning the appreciation of the other, in consistency, doing what we say we will do, and trust in us and in others. What does it mean to be reliable? Means look out, taking into account the others apart from yourself. Credibility takes a lifetime to build but a simple indiscretion is enough to destroy. It takes great leadership and many followers to believe in it for an organisation to promote confidence. She is one of the most difficult to cultivate fundamental values in any organizational culture. Trust also answers the question whether each of us one is reliable and/or believable. In addition to the honesty, sincerity, consistency and confidence, competence, also care (love), justice and integrity build reliability/dependability. The absence of any one of these can destroy trust. It takes a very straight and focused leadership to build mutual trust in any organization.
